    I have a patient that had a BaHa Ponto 3 super power and streamer implant put in in June 2017. Is it MR safe?

      Hello, Janice. Can you please clarify — do you mean MRI? If so, yes, but your patient should make sure to inform the MRI professional that they have a bone anchored system when scheduling and visiting the MRI site. The doctor may need to have access to this information (note: for children and mentally disabled persons, this responsibility falls on the caregiver).

      Hello, Jayesh. You need to contact your audiologist and find out if you can upgrade from the Ponto 3 to Ponto 4, as it depends on when you purchased your device and your insurance coverage.
